At Kodo Kids, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
